Classic Tickets is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of locating and providing tickets for admission to all sporting events, concerts and theatre throughout the world. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with, nor are we authorized by any box office, promoter, venue, theatre, stadium, professional sports team, college sports team or sporting association. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used by us are for descriptive purposes only. We are not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any organization. We are able to provide hard to locate tickets for events through our many contacts and various sources. OUR PRICES CAN BE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKETS, depending on the costs to obtain them. The degree of difficulty to locate, availability and pricing can vary greatly from one event to another.

Classic Tickets has been expertly providing our services to fans and corporations for over 17 YEARS. We are members of the NTA (National Tour Association), and many other fine associations. We have a consumer protection plan, an errors and omissions policy, and are bonded, to insure complete confidence and peace of mind to our many satisfied customers.

POLICIES:
Tickets for all major events are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, Classic Tickets liability shall be a refund of up to one and one half times the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together, neither can rows or sections.

CANCELLATIONS:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or cancellations of orders. Upon request we will agree to place your order on a A Try to Sell@ basis.

If Classic Tickets is unable to fill your ticket order as specified, Classic Tickets will exercise the following procedure:

1. Comparable tickets will be provided
2. Tickets will be upgraded
3. Tickets will be downgraded with a partial refund
4. Ticket order may be canceled with a full refund

For all cancelled events, clients will receive a full refund in the form of a store credit (except for an act of God, strike, act of war, terrorist act, lockout, or any postponements).

WEATHER:
Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event, and may cause the postponement or cancellation of the event. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Classic Tickets and accordingly, no refund for unused services, or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused be weather conditions, will be made by Classic Tickets.

TRANSPORTATION:
Classic Tickets shall not be held responsible for damages, for delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an act of God, by acts of war, riot, civil commotion, by an act of State, by strikes, fire, flood, restricted availability, or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Classic Tickets.

SPECIAL NOTES:
All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. All deposits are non-refundable. All sales of tickets take place in the State of Texas.
